SMS Opt-In

SMS consent is collected through separate optional, unchecked-by-default checkboxes on the checkout page at https://www.magiconvictoria.com/checkout, next to the phone number field, and on sold-out-show waitlist forms after a customer enters an optional phone number. Neither checkbox is required to purchase tickets or join a waitlist.

Checkout opt-in

The exact wording as it appears beside the optional checkout checkbox is:

Text me about my order. I agree to receive order & show texts from Magic on Victoria. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Waitlist opt-in

When a sold-out performance accepts a waitlist, the phone field is optional. The separate SMS checkbox appears only after a customer enters a phone number and remains unchecked by default. Its exact wording is:
